Bait Bike

I was going to use this as an example of how safe Utah is. When I googled it though there are also similiar programs in Toronto and New York City. The police leave an unlocked or poorly locked bike with a gps on it. Then they follow whoever takes it and arrests them. This is one of the few operations with the word "sting" it that I've heard of in the time I've been here. Anyone else heard of this? There are some advantages to living here, unless you steal bikes. Then you're screwed.

Being the mother-of-the-year that I am, I watch Bait Car with my boys pretty regularly. Which has really put me off my big plans of stealing cars in the style of 'Gone in 60 Seconds'. Which is probably for the best. I don't look like Angelina. Nor do I look like Nick Cage.
