The local newspaper was asking kids about dating & marriage. An eight year old answered the question "What would you do if you were on a first date that turned sour?"
He answered, "I would run home & play dead. Then I would call all the newspapers & tell them to put me in the dead column."
I'm pretty sure I dated this kid's older brother, whoever he may be.
Also, I read this book because it had pretty pictures & was entitled an awesome book.

Hahah! I've heard similar kid's dating advice..so entertaining. The local radio station here goes and talks to elementary school kids and asks them life questions. I'm always laughing til I'm crying :)
hahaha I love it! I'm putting that away as my go to move next sour date I go on...
So how was the awesome book??
My condolences for your 'dead' date.
Hahaha, awesome advice. I just might try it some time.
That's really a well thought out plan! Kid's obviously had some bad dates on the playground!
hee. the dead column. :)
have a great holiday weekend!
Haha! That's a great strategy. Only a bit awkward if you meet again by chance.
A guy in my country recently rang up Inland Revenue to get his tax statement and was told, "Sorry, we can't give it to you, because you're dead." Creeeeepy!!! Turns out it was their mistake, not his :)
That's hysterical. Talk about "He's just not that into you"!
I wonder if it works for girls, too?
A little Barney Stinson-in-training.
Very funny!!
I once went to a Chinese restaurant called: The Best Chinese Food Restaurant.
It was not.
