It could always be worse...

I occasionally watch the show Wife Swap. It amuses me to see the myriad of families who think it's ok to always dress like pirates, or brush their teeth with butter because they think that toothpaste causes cancer.

A few days ago there was an episode on a horse farm. I kept noticing that certain spots of the ground were blurred out. Then it hit me, they were censoring actual manure. That means that it is someone's job to wade through pages of FCC regulations & then decide which animal droppings have to be blurred out. I looked around to find the actual guidelines. Then I stopped because I was afraid someone would ask me what I did this morning.

Life could always be worse, unless that is your actual job. Then your life probably sucks. Also, you probably aren't a huge hit at dinner parties.

"So what do you do?"
"Well I approximate the size of animal droppings on film."

Toothpaste causes cancer? Okay, maybe, but why butter?

That is hilarious. Of all the things people could be spending time on, they have to blur out the manure?!?!

If somebody could figure out how to blur out the manure of tonight's presidential debate, I would consider watching it.

Might be hard to date someone with a counting job like that.

I could have used someone with that sort of talent when three people decided to ride horses on the sidewalks of my subdivision last week, leaving a messy load of dropping right in front of the park.

My best friend's family was on that show. They depict the people in ways that make odder than they are... but butter for toothpaste. That's hilarious.

Your blog is amazing. Just thought you should know that. I've read some of your previous posts to my roommate and she adores your blog just as much as I do! Keep it up! :D
